By using this website you agree to these terms. 15MOTION creates short-form video advertising creative. The website presents that service and lets you request a free sample or contact us.

You can request a free 15-second sample built around your real business. Submitting a request does not create a contract. The sample is a demonstration of our creative service, is approximately 15 seconds unless otherwise agreed, and requesting or receiving one does not require you to buy anything afterwards.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, and for having the rights to any product images, footage, logos, music or other material you give us. You confirm that our use of that material for the agreed creative work does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

We create advertising creative. We do not guarantee advertising results, conversions, revenue, reach or any other performance outcome. Results also depend on your offer, audience, media buying, budget and destination experience. Media spend is your responsibility, and we do not manage ad accounts as part of the standard video product.

Paid packages and custom projects are agreed individually by email before any work begins. Scope, deliverables, timing, revisions and payment are set out in that agreement. Prices shown on this website are indicative of our standard packages and may change.

The 15MOTION name, logo, website content and our in-house demonstration videos belong to 15MOTION. The flagship video on this site is in-house work, not client work. Rights to creative produced for a paid project are agreed in writing as part of that project.

Do not use this website or its forms to submit unlawful, misleading, infringing or abusive content, to send spam, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems. We may decline or stop working on a request at our discretion.

The website relies on third-party providers for hosting, data storage and email, as described in our Privacy Policy. Their availability is outside our control.

The website and the free sample are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law, 15MOTION is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost advertising spend or lost data arising from the use of this website or a free sample.

We may update the website, our packages and these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown above.
