Who we are

15MOTION creates short-form video advertising creative. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and how it is handled. You can reach us at support@15-motion.com.

Information you give us

We collect information only when you choose to send it through a form.

  • Free sample request: your name, work email, company or brand, website, what you sell, optionally your target audience, the advertising platforms you select, your chosen video objective and any additional details you write.
  • Contact and support: your name, email, optional company, the topic, subject and message, and an optional project or application reference.
  • Email you send us directly: whatever you include in that email.

Why we process it

We use the information to review your request, to create and discuss creative work, to answer your questions and to contact you about the request you submitted. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Emails you receive

When you submit a form, our system sends an automatic confirmation to the email address you provided and an internal notification to our own support address. Any further contact is a normal reply from us.

Service providers we actually use

  • Supabase — stores the form submissions in our private database.
  • Resend — sends the confirmation and notification emails.
  • Lovable — hosts and serves this website.
  • Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site, which means your browser requests those font files from Google.

These providers process data on our behalf so the website and its forms can work.

Cookies and measurement (Meta Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) to measure how our paid advertising campaigns perform. The pixel only loads if you accept it in the cookie banner. If you decline, or before you choose, no Meta script is loaded, no Meta cookies are set and no data is sent to Meta.

If you accept, the pixel may report these events to Meta:

  • PageView — a page of this website was viewed.
  • FreeSampleCTAClick — a button leading to the free sample form was clicked.
  • FreeSampleFormStart — the free sample form was started.
  • Lead — a free sample request was successfully submitted.

These events do not include your name, email address, company, website or anything you typed into a form. Meta may set its own cookies in your browser and may use this data as an independent controller; see Meta’s own privacy policy for details.

You can withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” control in the bottom-left corner of the website and choosing Decline. Measurement then stops and we remove the Meta cookies we can access from this domain.

When you arrive from an advertisement, we also record the campaign parameters in the link you clicked (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, campaign_id, adset_id, ad_id, placement and fbclid) and store them with your free sample request so we know which campaign it came from.

Storage, security and retention

Submissions are stored in a private database that is not readable from the public website. Access is limited to our own secure backend and to us. API keys and credentials are stored as server-side secrets and are never exposed in the browser. We keep submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and to keep a record of the work discussed, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to further contact. Email support@15-motion.com and we will handle it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the page and the “last updated” date above.
